Spa Etiquette


Booking an Appointment

Please call (905) 916-1979 to book an appointment. A valid major credit card is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation. Walk-ins are welcome based on our schedule and availability. Same day bookings are considered firm.


Cancellation

We are more than willing to cancel or reschedule your appointment if you do so in a reasonable amount of time. If you need to reschedule or cancel a reservation, we kindly request the courtesy of giving us prior notice:

  • A minimum of 24 hours notice for a single service
  • A minimum of 48 hours notice for multiple services or group services

Please note that if you have a short-notice cancellation or rescheduling, your credit card and/or gift certificate will be charged 50% of the total service price. Full payment is required for no-shows or missed appointments.


Check In

Please plan to arrive at least 10 to 15 minutes early so that you could enjoy your full service, and other guests are not inconvenienced. Late check in may result in a shortened session or a rescheduled appointment (rescheduling charges
may apply).


For your comfort

Robe and sandals are provided for use during your stay. For your personal comfort, undergarments may be worn during treatment. However, our therapists are trained on proper draping procedure to ensure your total comfort at all times.


Environment

To help us preserve a relaxing spa environment for all of our guests, please lower your voice and keep your cell phone in silent mode.


Children under the age of 12 are not suitable to the spa environment, and teens from 13 to 16 years of age have to be accompanied by a guardian.


Gratuities and Prices

Gratuities are appreciated, at your discretion. You could ask for envelopes at the checkout counter.
For group services, 15% of gratuities will be added in addition to the total service price.

Interac and major credit cards are accepted. All prices are plus tax and subject to change.


Refund and Exchange Policy

Store credit or exchange are accepted for unopened/unused beauty care products with receipt within 15 days of purchase. Gift certificates are non-refundable.
